International Shipping Terms:
Please note that certain international orders may be subject to additional charges, fees, taxes, or local government importation charges, which are beyond our control and cannot be factored into the cost of our products.
The amount of these charges varies widely between countries, and we are unable to provide guidance as they are determined by your country's import regulations and compliance policies.
For more details, please get in touch with your local customs importation office. Please be aware that any and all local charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery of the order and are not the responsibility of our company.
Order Processing:
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@badgerybelts.com.au or through our online chat. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please note our office is not staffed on Weekends/Public Holidays.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
