We are currently only shipping to Australia, New Zealand, North America, UK, France and Germany. All orders are provided with Tracking Numbers.

Shipping with Australia Post, next day dispatch (Monday-Friday). Shipping time takes approx. 1 week.

International shipping is flat rate per order via Australia Post. We provide Standard and Express shipping options

International orders may be subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to Badgery Belts rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Please check all import duties and requirements of the country you wish to order to.
Order Processing:
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@badgerybelts.com.au or through our online chat. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped. Please note our office is not staffed on Weekends/Public Holidays.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
