Well made and functional
Looks Great on my Tiley Hat
Quality of the hat band is excellent. Unfortunately I ordered a tan hat band and the one that turned up looks more dark brown than tan. I am still happy with the band and o.k. with the colour. However, not so happy with how long it took to finally receive my hat band or the lack of communication. It may have been a difficult time with the company relocating but it would have been nice to know what was going on and why it was taking so long to be delivered. Emails, phone calls and texts. It took weeks to find out what was going on. Customer service is a problem. Product quality is not.
