If I could, I would give more than 5 stars, because badgerybelts has got the best customer service in the world and I'm gonna explain why.
It's a long story, but I I think it's important to share it so others can feel confident ordering from them even from far away.
I ordered 2 belts at the end of october. They arrived in Italy shortly thereafter, but were stuck before customs (for reasons unknown, but not attributable to badgerybelts) till the beginning of this year. I finally received them on january 15th.
After a month of being stuck,it seemed to be like the package was lost forever, so badgerybelts customer service offered me a refund or a new shipment (at no additional cost). I chose a new shipment because I really wanted the belts.
I received the first belts (shipped in october) a few days ago, when they seemed lost forever.
The second shipment is stuck in customs again, and I assume it will be delivered in two months, like the first. The customer service has been truly generous, as for the second shipment, they offered me the belts if I just pay customs (68AUD), as the delivery took extremely long.
So I highly recommend purchasing from badgerybelts because they truly care about their customers!
